March 23rd, 2010I’m very excited about my new blog. I receive so many e-mails each day with questions from other docs, that I thought it would be best to create a blog so i could answer questions and everyone who is interested could benefit. I just returned from lecturing for the Golden Study Club in washington, DC and the threee hottest topics and the most interest surround Lasers, Metal-free, and prepless veneers. Occlusion and how to protect the beautiful smiles we place comes in a very close 4th! For those that still think it’s impossible to palce a natural, non-bulky, and aesthetic veneer without prepping should see some of the before and after photos on my Hornbrook Center facebook Page. Two weeks ago, Gold Dust and Clinical mastery held a prepless veneer course and I seated a case on my niece that was stunning. Rob from Gold Dust did the ceramics and it was beautiful. The materila we chose was Empress and he was able to fabrictae the veneers as thin as 0.2 mm.
